Having started as a smaller group, we jokingly called the first calendar invite ‘Ladies that Lunch’ and the name stuck as we grew. Today, we refer to ourselves more commonly as ‘LTL’ or ‘The LTL Collective’.

Building A Community

Networking and building relationships are not a one-time transaction. We believe our members should be nurtured, appreciated and celebrated, and as the collective has grown, this continues to be an ingrained practice. Through collaboration, our members have been able to strengthen their professional network and foster long lasting meaningful relationships too.

Bringing Comfort

The LTL Collective is a group of women who share something in common, we all come from underrepresented backgrounds and are trying to navigate our way through the corporate world. We are often faced with a concrete ceiling that is much harder to break, and through the recognition of the challenges that come with being underrepresented, we have this group as a way of relieving some of those tensions in a positive way.

Finding Security

And finally, at the very core of The LTL Collective is our safe space which creates a room for members to express their thoughts and feelings. We have a culture of signposting other members to helpful resources – whether that be contacts, opportunities or general tips and advice, and ultimately see to it that we all have an improved corporate experience.
