It's great being in a community with fellow ambitious women who look like me and have similar goals. In the short time I've joined I've expanded my network through the Stephens Rickards industry event and other fun socials with the LTL ladies. I've gained immense support from the ladies from CV reviewing to interview prep and also just seeing a friendly face out and about. I decided to be actively involved with the LTL this year, as compared to other years and I’ve been so blessed and inspired.
